FREE UAE RETURNS - 14 Days: We want to ensure you are always happy with your TGM products. As such, we offer returns up to 14 days after your order is received. If you would like to return an item for unknown reasons, return it with the tag on as it was when shipped. We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the item, may take 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your banks processing times. If your original payment method was cash on delivery, we can offer store credit instead of a refund.

To return your order, please follow these steps:

1. Ensure that the items are in their original condition with tags attached.
2. Pack the items securely to avoid damage during transit.
3. Contact our customer service team via email or phone to initiate the return process. We will provide you with a return shipping label.
4. Drop off the package at the designated courier location.

To pay with Tabby, select Tabby as your payment method during checkout. You will be redirected to Tabby’s secure portal to complete your payment. Follow the instructions provided, and once confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation from us.
